We offer activities daily that residents are encouraged to participate in. Our activity director designs activities to stimulate our resident's mental, physical and social health.

At Providence Assisted Living, our direct care team consists of resident attending physicians, therapists, licensed nurse consultants, medical specialists, registered dietitians, activity directors, nursing assistants, and personal care aids.
We are licensed to serve 20 residents, and we offer private and shared rooms.
We believe that each resident has the right to live as comfortable as possible, while being treated with dignity and respect.
